• WHATEVER YOU BOOK AND PAY A DEPOSIT FOR IS THE SERVICE YOU’RE GETTING!!! So don’t book baby hair touch up and you need a full install. Respect others time who booked after you!
  

• PLEASE BRING YOUR WIG/CLOSURE/FRONTAL 5 DAYS IN ADVANCED TO BE CLEANED OR CUSTOMIZED. IF I HAVE TO CUSTOMIZE OR CLEAN THE SAME DAY THEN ITS AN ADDITIONAL $25. BRINGING YOUR WIG/CLOSURE/FRONTAL THE DAY BEFORE WILL STILL BE A $25 FEE AS WELL!!!!!!

• PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!! 15 min late it’s a $10 late fee and after 30 min of being late your appt is canceled. So no need to call or text me because I WILL NOT respond! RESPECT MY TIME‼️No you will NOT get squeezed in. After 3 strikes then you’re not allowed to book anymore.

• I DO NOT do squeeze ins or last min appointments so DO NOT call or text. Bookings are only done on the site.
